About Carl’s Perfect Pig
The Perfect Pig came about after two people were searching for a place to eat Real Old-Fashioned Pit Bar-B-Que. We found that Old-fashioned Open Pit Bar-B-Que had been replaced by today’s modern oven-style methods of cooking and not Bar-B-Que the way it used to be.
We soon decided to leave the companies we were working for and to continue the tradition of Real Old-fashoined Pit Bar-B-Que. After months of cooking, lots of advice and the help of Bill’s famous Bar-B-Que sauce, we felt we had come up with the Perfect Pig Bar-B-Que.
Today we continue with the same idea of quailty food on all our menu items. We make sure our Seasoned Home Cooked Vegetables, Charbroiled Burgers, Chicken and Steaks are always cooked to Perfection and just the way YOU like them.
Although a few things have changed since our beginings over 25 years ago (how time flies!), we are one of only a few BBQ places that still believes in carrying on the tradition of cooking Bar-B-Que the way we feel it should be done. We hope you’ll agree!
